- Ability to attend key charity events and functions
- Experience in public speaking or media engagement
- Networks that could benefit our charitable objectives
Treasurer - Board of Trustees
We are seeking an experienced Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. This strategic role involves financial oversight, budget planning, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our mental health services for young people.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Experience in charity finance or non-profit sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Commitment to attend quarterly board meetings
Student Counsellor Placements
We provide supervised placement opportunities for trainee counsellors who are on a BACP accredited approved course of study and who have their fitness to practice certificate. Students receive support from our management and clinical supervision and gain valuable experience working with young people in a supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a BACP accredited counselling training programme and have a fitness to practice certificate
- Applicants must have previous work/voluntary experience with young people aged 11-25
- Enhanced DBS clearance
