15,000 REPS IN AUGUST!

Our incredible trustees are back at it again for their third challenge of the year — and this one is all about fitness!


This August, Matt, Stuart, Rochelle, and Ashleigh are taking on a team challenge to complete a whopping 15,000 reps of various exercises between them — that’s an average of 121 reps per person per day!


Each trustee has chosen 4 different exercises, and by the end of the month, the goal is:

  • 875 push ups
  • 875 burpees
  • 875 leg lifts
  • 875 tricep dips
  • 1,750 minutes of walking/running
  • 2,000 bench presses
  • 2,000 deadlifts
  • 2,875 sit ups
  • 2,875 squats


That’s a LOT of sweat for a brilliant cause!

Every rep is raising awareness and funds to support the life-changing mental health services we provide for young people aged 11–25 — including those from Armed Forces and veteran families.
