How It Works

Simple steps to get the support you need

Get in Touch

Call us on 01329 822 331 or fill out our referral form. You can refer yourself or ask someone you trust to help.

Initial Assessment

We'll have a brief chat to understand your needs and explain how our service works. This helps us match you with the right counsellor.

Start Counselling

Begin your counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor. Sessions are usually weekly and last about 50 minutes.

What to Expect

Your First Session

  • Getting to know your counsellor
  • Discussing what brought you to counselling
  • Setting goals for your sessions
  • Understanding confidentiality and boundaries

Ongoing Sessions

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions
  • Flexible scheduling around school/work
  • Face-to-face or video sessions available
  • Regular reviews of your progress
