Our counselling services are available to young people aged between 11 and 25 who live, work, or attend school/college in Fareham, Gosport or surrounding areas. We offer both in-person and remote appointments via Zoom.

If you're aged 11–25 and live in Fareham, Gosport or Portsmouth, you can refer yourself for free counselling.
