He works in financial services and asset management and is currently a technical director with Legal and General. A long background in technology, with a deep passion for youth development and education. His focus is on establishing the charity's strategy, stabilising income streams and building its digital capabilities.

Ashleigh brings her passion for both ecology and children's mental health to the role of trustee. With her background in teaching musical theatre and working as an ecologist, Ashleigh is committed to supporting young people through creative and therapeutic outlets. Ashleigh currently acts as the charity's secretary and ensures the board's activities remain organized.

Stewart brings nearly 20 years of experience in public and private sector roles, and is currently a Programme Director in the Civil Service, responsible for the delivery of critical public services. Stewart has first hand experience of some of the challenges both today’s youth and their support services face and is driven to ensure that those in need can access the assistance they require in the most effective way in an environment that is stable but adaptive to future needs.
