The Moving On Project exists for **one simple reason**—to make sure young people in our community have someone to talk to when life gets tough.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, family problems, or just need someone who **truly understands**—we're here for you.
Who Do We Support?
We're here for **young people aged 11–25** in Gosport, Fareham, and Portsmouth who need someone to talk to.
Easy to Access
You can **refer yourself** or ask someone you trust to help. No complicated processes—just call us on 01329 822 331 or fill out our referral form.
Free and Confidential
Our counselling is **completely free**. What you share stays between you and your counsellor—that's a promise.

Part of Something Bigger
We're proud founding members of **Hampshire Youth Access (HYA)** and part of the **CAMS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services)** framework—working together to support young people's mental health across Hampshire.
Our Service Level
We provide **Tier 1 and Tier 2** mental health support, focusing on early intervention and preventative counselling. We **do not provide Tier 3 or Tier 4** services, which are specialist and intensive mental health treatments.
